Tina Minkowitz is a lawyer and a survivor of forced psychiatric interventions.  She contributed to the drafting of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, which sets a new standard in international law that requires the abolition of any forced or non-consensual interventions in mental health settings. She is the founder & current president of the Center for the Human Rights of Users and Survivors of Psychiatry, an organization that advocates and conducts capacity-building activities at national and international levels to promote abolition, collaborates with partners throughout the world in these activities, and contributes to the ongoing development of this standard by the UN.

Dr.  Jase  Bernhardt  -  Contrails and their effect on weather and climate. Dr. Bernhardt is an Assistant Professor in Hofstra University's Department of Geology, Environment, and Sustainability. Courses he teaches include climatology, meteorology and sustainability. He also manages the network of three on-campus weather stations.
Dr. Bernhardt wrote his master's thesis on the subject of contrails, specifically a paper entitled “A Synoptic Climatology of Contrail Outbreaks and Associated Surface Temperature Impacts for Two Sub-Regions of the Continental United States.”

Heather  Cottin  -  How  To  Work  For  Peace
Heather Cottin has lived on Long Island for most of her life. She was an organizer of the Vietnam anti-war movement on Long Island, the Women's Liberation Movement here, the movement in solidarity with the people of Central America, as well as the immigrant rights movement. She was a bus organizer for Long Island for the Washington marches against the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. She was a high school teacher in the Copiague and Plainview-Old Bethpage districts, and currently teaches history at LaGuardia Community College.

Dr. J. Bret Bennington - Climate Change. Dr. Bennington is Professor of Geology and Chair of the Department of Geology, Environment, and Sustainability at Hofstra University, where he has been teaching since 1993.  He has a B.S. degree in biology and geology from the University of Rochester, and a Ph.D. in geology from Virginia Tech.
